Our Chickens

Here are the chickens! We have 1 hen, 3 pullets and a rooster. The rooster's name is Ratchet. We do not have names for the hens yet. Ratchet was not feeling so good. Now he feels better. He's the chicken on the left.  His tail feathers should be up and both feet on the ground.  He has his feathers down and one leg up. I am glad that he is better now. I think he did not like being trapped in the cage.  The one on the right is my favorite.  They are Gold Campine Chickens.

This is Mama cleaning out the chicken cage.  They have to stay in the coop for a few days till they get used to it. Daddy is going to build a new coop for them. We are going to get more chickens too.

This is them eating.  I think they like it in their new home.

Here is Prince Polar.  He's sitting on the carseat.  When we aired out the car because of the chickens, he climbed in where it was warm.
